Here in our room, we believe that children learn through play, peer modeling, and adult support and facilitation. The classroom can provide for natural learning experiences during every activity. Building a child’s feelings of self-worth, self-confidence, and empowering them to use their voices is a major component. Once a child knows that words have meaning, words become an important way to communicate wants and needs.
Children in our room learn through songs, play, cooking lessons, and through small and large group activities. Exploration of different sensory materials and activities is an integral part of our daily routine. Come and visit!
